Giuseppe Roveda

Manager and businessman with forty years of experience, after having founded and developed an engineering and
project management company which today is operating all over Northern Italy with over 30 staff units, he has assumed
the role of CEO of a private Real Estate development company, conceiving and managing important and successful real
estate investments, including the renowned first outlet in Italy “Serravalle Designer Outlet”. Since 2012 he has operated
in the Real Estate scene of Milan, taking on the role of Board Member and CEO of SGR and various Real Estate companies,
both listed and unlisted, directing and coordinating upper scale Real Estate and financial operations.
