CODE OF ETHICS
The Code of Ethics sets out the values, principles, and rules of conduct that guide our company’s operations. On March 28, 2024, Retop’s Shareholders’ Meeting approved an amendment to the bylaws to formalize the company’s designation as a “Benefit Corporation“, thereby formalizing Retop’s commitment to conducting its business in a responsible, sustainable, and transparent manner toward people, the local community, the environment, and other stakeholders, with the aim of generating social value in the public interest, while maintaining satisfactory financial results. Each year, Retop prepares and publishes an Impact Report through which it aims to transparently inform and communicate to all stakeholders its objectives and actions aimed at pursuing the common good.
The Integrated Policy defines the principles by which Retop manages quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety. In line with its values and its Integrated Management System, Retop is committed to complying with regulations, continuously improving its processes and customer satisfaction, reducing environmental impacts, and preventing health and safety risks. The Policy also promotes employee participation and transparent dialogue with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
